When the road ends, turn left on Spring Garden Ave. (15-A). At the next light, turn right on Plymouth Ave. Follow it for 1.5 miles to Grand Ave. Turn right and go 1 mile to Highland Park Rd. Turn left and follow the signs. We are 24 miles from the beach, and 17 miles from the Speedway Highland Park Fish Camp, Sharing What Nature Has to Offer Since 1962 Come fish and explore the unspoiled St. Johns River and its backwaters in the middle of a national wildlife refuge. Famous for largemouth bass, it is home to alligators, manatees, bald eagles and wading birds. Cabins, campsites, guides, boats and pontoons are available for your adventure.
